Kathryn Fuller, Former Digital Marketing Intern-2021

Interning with Yoo and Co Accelerators has been an amazing opportunity for me. The energy of this start-up company is unlike any other and I felt so motivated because of the atmosphere. As an intern, I worked on engaging current Pioneers and potential Pioneers through Yoo and Co’s social media platforms. This internship has helped me develop my Strategic Communications skills while also exposing me to other aspects of a start-up, such as giving me the opportunity to participate in meetings with our Pioneers. From this internship with Yoo and Co, I was given a vast variety of networks, an opportunity to develop my skills and resume, and an insider look on how a start-up operates. This internship has taught me more about LinkedIn, a social media platform I have not worked with before, and given me an inside look into the entrepreneurship world, which I find very inspiring. I am proud that I helped contribute and build Yoo and Co’s social media and it’s very fulfilling to see the pieces come together. This internship is truly hands-on, not just watching from the sidelines. I feel prepared to take on the professional world after working with Yoo and Co.
